Terms of Service
1. Service provider

Under Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce" dated 3 September 2015 we disclose our legal name, address, contacts and registration details.
2. Services
We provide career consultancy: individual consultations, CV and LinkedIn review, interview preparation and career strategy sessions. Scope, duration and deliverables are stated in the offer before payment.
3. Fees and payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing. Price changes apply to future orders only.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel at least 24 hours before a booked session for a full refund or free reschedule. Later cancellations and no-shows may not be refunded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. These terms follow the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 10 June 2023.
5. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, attend sessions on time and do not redistribute paid materials. You remain responsible for decisions taken on the basis of advice received.
6. Liability
We do not guarantee employment, salary or specific career outcomes; examples are illustrative and not misleading under the Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising" dated 3 July 1996. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
7. Personal data
We process personal data on a lawful basis under the Law of Ukraine No. 3834-IX "On Personal Data Protection" dated 25 April 2024; see our Privacy Policy.
8. Language
Consumer information is provided in Ukrainian as required by the Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language" dated 25 April 2019; this English version is supplementary.
